Additional Inspection Services
For this inspection service, we’ll thoroughly evaluate the condition of your home before you list the property for sale on your local market. We’ll provide you with detailed information about the home’s strengths and weaknesses so that you know what sorts of repair issues may be present—giving you a chance to share that information with prospective buyers so that negotiations aren’t delayed due to the same discoveries being made during a later Buyer’s Inspection.
New Construction Inspection
This comprehensive assessment of a newly constructed home will shed light on potential weaknesses in the home’s construction that you need to be aware of before continuing to move forward with a purchase. The inspection service should be scheduled before the builder’s final walkthrough so that you’ll still have time to request necessary repairs before the closing date.
11 Month Warranty Inspection
This inspection service should always be scheduled before the warranty has expired on a new home. We’ll arrive on-site to perform a detailed evaluation of the home’s condition, searching specifically for defective areas of construction that may be included in the terms of your home’s warranty. If your warranty does happen to include the discovered defects, you may not be liable for the entire cost of repairs.
After the seller of your prospective home has arranged for repairs to be made to areas of the home that we diagnosed as defective, you should contact us to schedule a Re-inspection. We’ll return to the property in a timely manner, looking over the repair work to ensure that the issue has been corrected—and in turn, giving you the peace of mind to move forward with final negotiations.
